The reddest of the red.
008. James Potter had quite a reputation as a lady-killer—and it was true. He was. But when he finally got Lily to be his own, finally heard her tell him she loved him too, and when he finally got to kiss her after she said that, it was the sweetest, deepest, most amazing kiss James had ever had. He tried to tell her how incredible that kiss was but James had forgotten what it was like to kiss any other girl. So he just kissed Lily again instead.
I hope he always feels that way.

Transfiguration Time
I have a few spells I need to practice. A modest list of transfigurations that must be done non-verbally.
- turn a pack of playing cards into a ceramic tea set
- change a stuffed animal into a watermelon
- change a wind chime into an owl
I’m also working on one more spell that mixes charms and transfiguration; it’s a long-term enchantment that should last so long as I’m alive—so a very long time! I’m refining it as a present for Professor Slughorn for all his help to me this year. I’ve learned a lot from him and he’s offered me some insights into the wizarding world I simply didn’t have before. :)
A lily petal that turns into a fish. Not sure what kind of fish yet but I’ll figure it out.

He’s already like that. Has been for a while. But I suppose giving him a chance has softened him just a bit. Starting to actually like him better and better. *cue shocked faces*
I know, I know. I’m really taken aback by the developments too but actually talking to him one-on-one, he seems sincere—
And I’m finding I really want him to be.

P.S. Don’t mind how funny my hand looks in the shot. Writing with thin Sharpie pens and photograph via webcam does not always a good picture make (particularly when you zoom in). Not very ladylike is it? :(
