Well, I’ve received a question or two about if I am an animagus—

So not divulging either way. ;) If I didn’t know how (not saying I don’t, not saying I do) I wouldn’t be opposed to spending time with the Marauder boys and learning.

As for James and me…stuff….

They’ve been fun. I’ll ask him if he wants to share. Hopefully we’ll spend some time together tonight. I don’t have rounds but I do want to get some Transfiguration practice in.

Wow! That’s quite a tall order but I shall do my best!

1. Oh goodness…. I should have known this was coming but by Merlin’s beard I was hoping it wouldn’t! (And I have definitely been hanging around Marie too much, what with all this Merlin this and Merlin that talk).

I have dated two boys, once in fourth year and once in fifth year. Jackson Battles, a Hufflepuff, was two years ahead of me (so a sixth year) and we had an amiable relationship. We kissed a few times but no fireworks and after about two and a half months or so we live and let live. I believe he’s working for the Ministry of Magic with a wedding impending.

The second was Kirby Rouser, a Ravenclaw boy, who seemed sweet enough but was a horribly manipulative git. I forgave the toerag a few times for upsetting me (mostly by being argumentative in a harassing way) before I got sick of it and sent him on his way. Considering he felt himself far cleverer than anyone else in fifth year—or Hogwarts at all—he attempted  to persuade me that he was the best I would ever get and that he could give me everything.

To make a long story short, after several weeks of him pestering me, I ended up hexing him a few times, jinxed him quite a few more, and he eventually was found shivering up in the astronomy tower wearing nothing but one of Madame Pomfrey’s aprons and a quill in his hair—but that was not my doing. Patricia swears up and down it was the Marauders and I’m inclined to believe her; it does reek of their handiwork but you’d have to ask them.

I just remember James looked like the cat who caught the canary for the months following.

*pant-pant-pant*

2. Puce. It looks terrible on me, and I terrible in it.

3. Yes, at some point. I, uh, appreciate the ‘shipping’ but please don’t ask me when (because I really don’t know).

4. I’m not going to say if I am an animagus or not but if I was, I suppose it would depend upon the situation I was in and which of my most “intrinsic” and important traits would shine through.

5. It is a 10.25” wand made of willow. Mr. Ollivander never told me the core (not that I can really recall well; I was a very excited eleven-year-old girl) but said it was “swishy” and “good for charms” which it has proven to be so far.

Uh-oh…

Well I have a very cross letter from Petunia in front of me. Apparently my owl bit her finger after she tried to retrieve a letter I’d sent a while ago (according to a post script from my mum, Petunia was bothering Narren so she deserved the nip he gave her; a clear sign to bugger off).

Good thing Petunia doesn’t know how to send a howler…
